🚀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘂𝘀 mscope is a 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 applying 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗜 to Microeconomics & Finance to help institutional investors identify highly promising SMEs and accelerate their growth. Backed by strong investors & strategic partners across the fintech sector, we build a suite of 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 using cutting-edge technology: AWS cloud-first architecture, Glue + Pyspark orchestration for Big Data, multi-agent AI systems on Amazon Bedrock, AI-accelerated development with 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲, modern stack (Spring Boot, React-Redux). 🧭 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 is a new product, built from scratch, that monitors external market signals — both quantitative (raw material costs, interest rate movements, energy prices) and qualitative (regulatory changes, M&A transactions, relevant market news) — and automatically cross-references them with our proprietary microsector intelligence to quantify the impact at the individual company level. It is distributed through three very different channels: as a 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 in the front-end already used by bankers across 6 countries, as a 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗣𝗜/𝗦𝗙𝗧𝗣 for integration into client systems, and as 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 delivered directly to end clients via digital channels. Your mission is to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 — define which signals matter and why, design how they are consumed across each channel, 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗱, and take the product to production with real adoption. You will work directly with the CPO on prioritisation and with existing squads that maintain the data models and infrastructure Radar operates on. 🛠️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿
• 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆: identify which market signals generate the most value for each user type (relationship manager, credit risk analyst, strategy team, 3P client) and prioritise accordingly 🔍
• 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽

- and manage dependencies with the classification, scoring and functional product teams 👥
• 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿'𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘀 with very different stakeholders: interface for bankers, data feed for client systems, and pills for end clients 🧩
