For our CIO/COO business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, an IT Application Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks
• As an IT Application Owner, you are responsible for the operational and technical management of Password Manager Pro and a portfolio of additional standard applications
• You ensure the application stability, security, performance, maintenance and compliance with internal standards in coordination with the software provider and relevant stakeholders
• You manage incidents, vulnerabilities, changes, upgrades and releases in coordination with the software providers and relevant stakeholders
• You coordinate projects and participate actively in new initiatives regarding the applications you are responsible for
• You drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions How to convince us
• Proven experience in Application Management, Application Support, or IT Operations, ideally in the financial services industry
• Proven experience with databases (Oracle, MSSQL), SQL, Windows/Linux Server and role-based access control concepts
• Experience with IT Processes (e.g. ITIL)
• Experience with Password Manager Pro or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions is a plus
• Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluent English and the ability to work independently in an international environment Our values We live our values and expect the same attitude from our employees.
