At SmartWay, we keep growing and are looking for a Project Manager based in Barcelona to act as the country-level point of reference and the link with the central PMO.
About the Role
Project Manager (PM) – International Environment (Barcelona) Are you motivated by leading projects in international environments? Are you comfortable coordinating local teams and aligning initiatives with a global PMO? You will be responsible for leading project delivery at local level, ensuring alignment with the strategy, standards and governance defined by the global PMO. Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate projects at country level, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and on budget
• Act as the liaison between the local team and the central PMO
• Ensure the correct application of corporate methodologies, standards and reporting
• Manage local and international stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across projects and areas
• Track progress and provide regular reporting to the global PMO
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project delivery Qualifications
• Solid, proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in international environments and matrix structures
• Experience managing complex projects (IT, business or transformation)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
• High level of English (essential)
• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem is a plus Required Skills
• Ability to manage communication with the central PMO and local stakeholders

• Previous experience in complex or multinational organisations
• Ability to influence, communicate and build alignment across different organisational levels
