Location:
Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute strategic plans to adopt and scale digital health technologies such as telehealth, remote patient monitoring, wearable integrations, and mobile health applications.
• Integrate digital data and platforms into clinical workflows so providers can use real-time, trusted information in patient care and operational decisions.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to measure the impact of digital initiatives and continuously improve performance and outcomes. What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with digital health platforms such as telemedicine, mobile health apps, remote monitoring, or wearable data systems.
• Strong understanding of how healthcare workflows, data, and technology intersect to support patient care and clinical operations.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to drive adoption, alignment, and measurable results. Preferred
