We are looking for a curious, motivated and talented German Insights Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. At A Piece of Pie, we are an innovation and strategy consultancy on a mission to rethink how businesses make decisions. We combine social sciences, human understanding and business acumen to uncover meaningful insights and develop groundbreaking solutions that make a difference in people's lives. We work with leading companies to tackle complex, high-stakes challenges, helping them uncover new opportunities, rethink their strategies and differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive world. We are looking for a professional who is eager to grow, challenge conventional thinking and contribute to projects that have a real impact on businesses and people. What we are looking for
• A degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English. Spanish is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, market research or a related field.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to go beyond the obvious, questioning assumptions and exploring different perspectives.
• A solid understanding of hybrid research methodologies, combining qualitative, quantitative and contextual inquiry approaches.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate research findings into meaningful insights that inform and inspire business decisions.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership and work independently in a self-directed environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong team spirit.
