At Applus+, we are a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, operating in more than 65 countries across 5 continents with a team of over 28,000 professionals. With a strong track record of organic growth and continued expansion through M&A, we continue to grow our global footprint, and our tax function plays a central role in supporting that growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Systems & Assurance Manager to help design, implement and continuously improve the Applus+ Group’s Quality Management System across all divisions and regions. Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will drive quality standards, monitor performance through data and analytics, and support global quality assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
• Help build and maintain the Group quality framework: principles, guidelines, quality risks and policy.
• Hold a detailed knowledge of the Group’s certifications and accreditations, including impartiality and conflict-of-interest management.
• Manage the Group quality indicators and data quality, analyse the data to identify trends, root causes and risks, and automate reporting with AI agents and skills.
• Assess the maturity of the quality system and carry out quality diagnoses in the field worldwide.
• Manage complaints and quality incidents until closure, and turn lessons learned into improvements. What We're Looking For
• Degree in engineering or another technical field.
• 5+ years in quality management systems within a certification, inspection or testing body, or an accredited organisation.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and the accreditation standards (ISO/IEC 17020, 17021-1, 17025 and 17065), and auditing experience.
• Hands-on experience with KPIs and dashboards, generative AI, agents and skills, and process automation.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, and the confidence to work with quality teams across many countries.
• Availability for frequent international travel. Nice to have
• Programming (Python or similar), lead auditor qualification, experience in a multinational matrix organisation, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, other languages.
What We Offer
• Strategic, global role with the opportunity to shape and enhance the Quality Management System across the Applus+ Group.
• International exposure, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting quality initiatives worldwide.
• Professional growth and innovation, combining quality assurance, data analytics, continuous improvement, and AI-driven solutions.
• Permanent, full-time position with flexible
working hours
and a hybrid working model (3 remote days per week).
• Flexible compensation plan, including medical insurance, transportation, childcare and restaurant benefits.
• Additional perks, such as a subsidized employee cafeteria and on-site parking. Ready to help shape the future of quality across a global organization? Apply now and become part of our journey towards excellence. Applus+ is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to evaluating all applications equally based on abilities, achievements, and experience, regardless of race, nationality, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other classification protected by law.
