渠道财经经理（欧洲电商）

工作地点：西班牙，马德里 100%现场办公 职责：
• 负责欧洲电商（亚马逊为主）的相关结账工作的复核，确保所有业务能够及时、准确完成账务处理，协同各模块对账本结账进度、结账风险进行管控，确保所负责账务工作能够有效推进；
• 协助区域财经BP完成财务报告的编制与分析，制定并维护财务政策和流程，管理预算并进行财务预测。
• 与其他部门和团队协作，确保有效的财务管理。发掘提升财务流程效率和效果的机会，熟悉对账和分润工作。
• 配合渠道业务完成渠道销售政策的核验，并且配合日常销售运营执行工作。 任职要求：
• 具备在西班牙合法全职工作的居留许可
• 财务专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先；
• 3年以上相关工作经验，有总账工作经验优先；
• 主动性、责任心强，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
• 有较强抗压能力，中英文读写沟通能力；
• 熟悉主流财务系统的操作使用，包括主流费控系统、Oracle、海波龙等，具有财务共享中心工作经验； JD – Channel Finance Manager (EU E-commerce) Work

Location:
Madrid, Spain – 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for reviewing the closing activities related to European e-commerce (primarily Amazon), ensuring that all business transactions are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate with different functions to monitor the closing progress and identify potential closing risks, ensuring the effective execution of all assigned accounting tasks; 2. Assist the Regional Finance BP in preparing and analyzing financial reports, developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, managing budgets, and conducting financial forecasts. 3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective financial management. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, with a good understanding of reconciliation and profit-sharing activities. 4. Support the channel business team in verifying channel sales policies and carrying out daily sales operations.

Requirements:
1. Must hold a valid residence permit authorizing full-time employment in Spain. 2. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred; 3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in general ledger accounting is preferred; 4. Strong initiative and sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and teamwork skills; 5. Ability to work under pressure, with good English and Chinese reading, writing, and communication skills; 6. Familiarity with mainstream financial systems, including expense management systems, Oracle, Hyperion, etc. Experience working in a financial shared services center is preferred.
