At BOLD, we design and build the next generation of high-performance battery systems for the world’s most demanding industries — from Formula 1 and hypercars to aerospace, marine and defense. Our mission: to deliver energy systems where every millisecond and every degree matter.
As a Reception, Incoming Quality & Logistics Technician, you will make sure that all material entering and leaving BOLD does so correctly, on time, recorded in our ERP and in compliance with applicable regulations. Reporting to the Industrial Operations Manager within the Operations department, you will manage goods receipt, incoming quality inspection and outbound shipments, working closely with Quality, Warehouse, freight forwarders and international customers to keep material flowing reliably and traceably across our operations.
What You’ll Do
Goods Receipt & ERP Management
• Manage the unloading and physical reception of incoming material.
• Verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, certificates, packing lists) against purchase orders.
• Record all goods receipts accurately in Odoo so stock and traceability data stay reliable.
• Detect and report discrepancies, damage or documentation issues to the relevant teams. Incoming Quality Inspection
• Write incoming inspection guidelines for received materials and components together with the Quality team.
• Carry out incoming inspections following the defined guidelines and criteria.
• Record inspection results and flag non-conforming material for disposition.
• Help improve inspection criteria and methods over time. Outbound Logistics & Dangerous Goods
• Prepare and manage customer order shipments, from picking and packing to dispatch.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including dangerous goods documentation for battery shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to plan shipments and keep them on schedule.
• Ensure every shipment meets applicable transport regulations and customer requirements. Warehouse Backup
