Technical Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead our quality assurance and project delivery initiatives. In this key role, you will oversee technical processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across our technology programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and aligning technical teams and stakeholders towards successful, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. Your Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure strict adherence to coding standards, best practices, and continuous value creation, including Knowledge Management (KM) activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance across all project activities. Actively participate in technical design discussions and review technical documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery aligned with defined quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate effective resolutions.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Provide regular, transparent updates to key stakeholders on project progress and challenges. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years (up to 15+) of proven experience in IT project, program, or portfolio delivery within global or international organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workplace & Collaboration technologies, digital workplace transformation, cloud adoption, service rationalization, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong command of comprehensive program management practices, including governance, stakeholder engagement, benefits realization, planning and control, risk and opportunity management, quality assurance, procurement, and resource management.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, IPMA, or agile credentials are preferred.
• Proven leadership of distributed, multi-disciplinary teams with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization without relying solely on formal authority.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues into clear strategies and actions.
• Extensive experience with project and program management tools, reporting, financial tracking, resource planning, and performance measurement.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills capable of engaging effectively across diverse cultures, functions, and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline to maintain thorough program administration, governance, and audit-ready documentation. Must Have Skill:

• Professional proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
