Company Description CocoVail Beer Hall Barcelona is the first Americana-style beer hall in the city, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where guests are encouraged to feel at home. The venue features 24 craft beers on tap, along with high-quality chicken wings and other casual food options. Located in central Barcelona, CocoVail attracts a diverse local and international crowd seeking a social, community-oriented experience. The team focuses on friendly service, great music, and a lively environment that celebrates craft beer culture. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Bar Staff role based at CocoVail Beer Hall in Barcelona. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving drinks and food, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient customer experience. Bar Staff will pour and present craft beers, handle cash and card payments, maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas, and restock supplies as needed. The role also involves working closely with the team, following hygiene and safety standards, and supporting training of new team members when required. Evening and weekend availability is expected. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and teamwork with colleagues.
• Experience or interest in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a bar, pub, or restaurant setting.
• Basic Cash Handling skills, including operating a POS system and managing payments accurately.
• Ability to support or participate in Training activities for new team members and share best practices.
• Good level of spoken English; Spanish and other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; motivation to learn and grow is highly valued.
