Role Description This full-time Field Service Engineer role at Mindray España is an on-site position based in Madrid. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining medical equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and compliance with company standards. Daily activities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and providing timely technical support to healthcare facilities. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure spare parts availability. The Field Service Engineer also interacts directly with customers, offering guidance on equipment use, providing training when needed, and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in field service activities, including on-site equipment installation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for electromechanical or medical devices.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions following technical procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations in clinical environments.
• Comfort working in hospitals and healthcare facilities, adhering to regulatory and safety requirements.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple service calls.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, documentation systems, and basic IT/networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s license
