Barcelona, Spain | Full-time | Hybrid/Remote About Loop Machines Loop Machines is an early-stage deep-tech startup based in Barcelona, building the engineering intelligence layer for mission-critical hardware. Today, engineering teams developing complex systems often work with fragmented information spread across design tools, software repositories, testing environments, and operational systems. This makes it difficult to track changes, maintain traceability, and turn engineering data into reliable decisions. We're building an AI-native platform that connects these fragmented systems into a unified engineering model, enabling teams to understand their products, automate workflows, and continuously improve how they design, build, test, and operate hardware. Our approach combines connected engineering data, intelligent automation, and AI agents to help companies close the loop between engineering decisions and real-world outcomes. We're initially focused on industries where reliability, complexity, and continuous improvement matter most, including aerospace, defense, drones, and robotics. Our vision is to make engineering intelligence continuous, connected, and actionable. The Role We're looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to help build our platform from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders, shape technical and product decisions, and take ownership of features from concept to production.

What You'll Do
• Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Develop scalable APIs, data integrations, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate AI capabilities into engineering workflows.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical direction.
• Help turn real customer problems into working products. What We're Looking For
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and backend development.
• Experience with databases, APIs, and modern software architecture.
• A proactive, independent, and product-minded approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup. Bonus: Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, AI/LLMs, or data-intensive applications. Why Join Us?
