That frees our GTM engineers to spend their time on what matters, which raises the quality of what our clients get. The role: You'll join our automations team and work directly with the founders and the GTM engineers who run client accounts, finding the work that's still done by hand and turning it into software. Some of what you build makes our team faster. Some of it our clients use directly. The best of it becomes product. What you'll work on
• Client dashboards and Internal tools: apps that run our services, onboarding and reporting operations
• AI agents: research, copywriting and reply agents
• Automations and integrations: n8n workflows connecting HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Clay, Instantly, HeyReach and more Preferred Experience Must have
• 2+ years shipping production web apps or backend services
• Strong frontend development skills with React, Next.js, or Vite
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js or Python
• Proficient in TypeScript and/or Python
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL, Supabase
• Use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and know how to review what they produce
• Can take a messy problem from a non-technical teammate and turn it into a working tool
• Used to working autonomously and communicating clearly in async environments
• Experience building production LLM or agentic systems, including tool calling, orchestration, or evaluation
• Fluent in English Nice to have
• Vercel, Digital Ocean, and cloud infrastructure
• n8n, Make or Zapier
• LLM APIs, AI agents or MCP servers
• GTM tools: HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, HeyReach
