• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
• Proven experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• A resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordingly
• People
- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learning
