Job Description

About the Role
• The EMEA Events & Tradeshow Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all aspects of CareFusion 303, Inc.'s events and tradeshows across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards. Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage comprehensive event and tradeshow project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for EMEA-wide activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers (e.g., stand builders, AV companies, caterers) across various EMEA countries.
• Oversee all logistical arrangements, including registration, accommodation, travel, booth design, materials, and equipment.
• Manage event promotion and communication strategies, including email campaigns, website updates, and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies for each event location.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics (e.g., ROI, lead generation, attendee satisfaction) and provide post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage inventory of event materials, giveaways, and promotional items.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the event lifecycle.
• Travel frequently throughout the EMEA region to oversee event execution. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in events management, tradeshow coordination, or marketing in the EMEA region.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events, from small workshops to large-scale industry tradeshows.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region (up to 50%). Why Join Us?
