ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. MUST HAVES
- Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
- Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
- A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities. NICE TO HAVES
- Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
- Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach. PERKS AND BENEFITS
