Quirónsalud Private Hospitals in Madrid are currently seeking a Monitor Liaison to join the Oncology Team at Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo, located at C. Diego de Velázquez, 1, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
Your Mission
The Monitor Liaison serves as a key operational and administrative support role within the Clinical Research Unit, acting as the primary point of contact between the research site, study monitors, sponsors, and internal departments.
Your Key Responsabilities
- Support the coordination of monitoring visits, including scheduling, confirmation letters, access arrangements and follow-up communications.
- Act as an operational point of contact for study monitors, investigators and internal hospital departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare, organize and maintain clinical trial documentation, ensuring documents are complete, accurate and properly filed.
- Support the maintenance of the Investigator Site File (ISF) and other study-related documentation.
- Assist study monitors during on-site and remote monitoring visits, providing the necessary documentation and coordinating with the relevant study teams.
- Support communication with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, Pharmacy and other hospital departments involved in clinical trials.
- Follow up on pending documents, monitoring findings and study-related action items, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with administrative activities related to clinical trials, including document tracking, correspondence, filing, database updates and preparation of reports.
- Work in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, hospital procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple administrative and operational tasks while maintaining a high level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of patient and clinical trial information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the efficient operation of the Clinical Research Unit.

Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Master's degree will be a plus.
- Previous experience (at leats 6 months) in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare administration, or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
