About the Internship

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in managing our online presence, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, and optimising job postings. If you love digital marketing and want real-world experience, this is for you.

You'll work closely with our experienced marketing and operations team, gaining hands-on exposure to employer branding and digital recruitment marketing from day one.

What you will be doing

Assisting with job ads, social media engagement, and content updates.
Helping with recruitment marketing campaigns.
Supporting daily operations and process improvements.
Learning the ins and outs of digital employer branding.

What we are looking for

Studying Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Fluent in Dutch or German + business-level English.
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience.
A passion for employer branding and digital marketing.
