Opportunity – Technical Product Owner About the role We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner. 5+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner / related roles within data management domain Main Responsabilities Deliver business value through data by ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and implemented as reliable, high-quality data products Collaborate with business teams (e.g. Finance, Sales, Compensation) to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and evolving data products Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and technical specifications for development teams Communicate fluently with engineering teams, participating in technical discussions to ensure requirements are feasible, well understood, and implementable Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and discussions to validate requirements and align on priorities Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of business terms, processes, and data workflows in Confluence Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding, clear communication, and alignment throughout delivery Technical skills Strong ability to write detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria in Jira Good understanding of data concepts (databases, data models, pipelines, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements collection and validation Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools, especially Jira and Confluence Good knowledge of Azure data services, Databricks, and Power BI Ability to understand business needs and speak the engineering language, enabling effective collaboration with developers.
