The products of TimeTac are among some of the leading cloud applications in the categories of time tracking and absence planning solutions.Your Future RoleProvide customer support via ticketing system and phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.Guide the onboarding process for selected new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities for upsells or value-added services.Document processes and build a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-service.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed.This role reports to the Director Business Development & Sales based in Barcelona.Your SkillsIdeally, you have 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
