If your answer is yes, it's your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for The Recruiter Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the end‐to‐end recruitment cycle of various IT profiles in one of the biggest Digital Consultancy Companies in the world. The role provides hands‐on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management, while contributing to a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The internship starts with administrative support tasks, particularly in onboarding coordination and documentation, and progressively expands toward sourcing, screening, and full recruitment activities.WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Post job openings across internal and external platformsSupport active sourcing of digital professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and internal databasesAssist in identifying and pre‐qualifying candidates based on IT role requirementsMaintain and update the candidate pipelineConduct initial phone screenings and gather essential candidate informationCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersManage candidate communication (invitations, updates, confirmations)Help maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and vacancy trackingSupport document management and onboarding‐related administrative tasksJoin interviews alongside senior recruiters to learn structured evaluation techniquesCoordinate with hiring managers to clarify role needs and process stepsSupport Talent Acquisition initiatives (employer branding, process improvement, sourcing campaigns, events attendance) WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Hands‐on experience with professional recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, HR systems).Competency‐based and structured interview techniquesBest practices in sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder communicationHow to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneouslyIT profiles in areas such as are Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Software Development, etc
