Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a Sales Team Manager for PG Filtration to lead a multi-segment sales force across LNG, petrochemical, data centers, and more. This role drives revenue, negotiates major deals, and ensures smooth handovers to project delivery teams.
We require a proven track record in sales leadership within industrial sectors, with strong CRM and forecasting skills, plus a collaborative approach with marketing and operations. Regular international travel is expected.
