Falcon Green has partnered with an international tier 1 contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and data centre infrastructure across Europe, in their search for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Spain. Due to a large increase in project pipeline and recent company growth in the area, they are now expanding their commercial team and require someone confident in running commercial for a £200m+ schemes.

In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, commercial awareness and people management ability is key.
You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in the UK and Central Europe, there is excellent scope for a credible Commercial Lead to step into a Director role after successfully delivering this project.
Key Responsibilities
Main point of contact for all commercial activityResponsible for Business Unit commercial performanceOversight on all procurementInvolvement in all preconstruction and tender activitiesOversight on all subcontract accountsForesight on any potential issues or risksTurnover and cash flow forecasting and responsible for presenting to director level internallyEnsure projects are delivered commercially in line with group policiesImplement and develop processes and systems as and when required across commercial functionChair meetings with xsgfvud client and senior managementReportable direct to Commercial DirectorRequirements: Relevant 3rd level commercial qualificationsFlexibility to travelProven experience working on €200m+ projects5+ years in a Senior or lead roleData centre contractor or main contractor experience desirableEU Right to Work statusIf you are interested in joining this multinational contractor or keen to discuss in more detail, please forward your CV using the link provided or call Niall on
