Descripción del puesto:Buscamos una persona para incorporarse como Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist en nuestras oficinas en Sant Cugat del Vallès. La persona seleccionada brindará soporte operativo y administrativo tanto a clientes como al equipo comercial y de proyectos, colaborando en la gestión diaria de procesos y en la coordinación de actividades que impulsan la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.Responsabilidades:· Atender y acompañar a clientes tanto telefónicamente como por canales digitales, ofreciendo un trato profesional y cercano.· Gestionar la operativa administrativa diaria: documentación, pedidos, albaranes, facturación y seguimiento de incidencias.· Brindar soporte continuo al equipo comercial y colaborar en el seguimiento de la relación con clientes.· Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de proyectos para asegurar que se cumplen plazos y entregables.· Colaborar con distintos equipos internos para proponer mejoras de procesos y facilitar la comunicación interna.· Utilizar herramientas de gestión (CRM, plataformas internas) para registrar y controlar la actividad operativa y comercial. Requerimientos:Experiencia• Experiencia previa en funciones administrativas, atención al cliente o soporte comercial.• Valorable experiencia en entornos tecnológicos, retail o farmacia.Formación• Formación en administración, gestión, comercio o áreas afines.• Valorable formación complementaria en herramientas digitales o gestión de proyectos.Idiomas• Castellano — nativo o fluido• Catalán — nativo o fluido• Inglés — nivel C1 o equivalente altoCompetencias:• Comunicación efectiva, con claridad, empatía y capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza con clientes y equipos internos.• Enfoque proactivo y actitud para anticiparse a necesidades, resolver cuestiones y aportar soluciones.• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, planificar y organizar tareas para gestionar el flujo de trabajo de manera eficiente.• Colaboración activa con diferentes equipos, contribuyendo a un clima laboral positivo.• Orientación al cliente, con foco en ofrecer una experiencia excelente y en la fidelización Que ofrecemos: • Incorporación a una empresa tecnológica en crecimiento.• Proyecto estable con posibilidades reales de desarrollo profesional.• Entorno de trabajo moderno, cercano y colaborativo.• Oficinas en Sant Cugat del Vallès.• Horario flexible y conciliador:· Lunes a jueves: 9:00 a 17:30· Viernes: 9:00 a 15:00
