This role will play a pivotal part in the next stage of growth for the organisation from 2026 onwards, on what is sure to be an incredibly exciting journeyPor favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.Core PurposeExtend our capacity and drive disciplined execution of our clients strategy across functions and geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational:Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, GTM & G&A to embed scalable, repeatable processes.Investor Readiness:Work closely with our VC group in Europe; understand VC dynamics and fundraising to prepare the company for future rounds.AI Foundations:Establish strong human processes and operational discipline before scaling with AI-driven automation.Leadership Alignment:Ensure the organisation operates in a focused rhythm across timezones, with clear communication and alignment.CEO Partnership:Act as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO, stepping into functions or regions where additional drive or coordination is needed.Profile RequirementsStrong operator who can drive strategy and execution across multiple teams and regions.Experience in a scaling B2B tech company or on the investment/VC side (ideally exposed to both).Deep understanding of fundraising, investor expectations, and data/operational readiness.Languages: Fluent English + Spanish.Comfortable with frequent travel across the Middle East, UK, and North America.Based in Madrid, working closely with our Commercial Analyst and global leaders.Success Looks LikeCross-functional projects delivered consistently and at high quality.Organisation operating with a predictable rhythm and alignment across regions.Ensure the company is fully prepared for upcoming funding rounds with clear documentation and strong operational maturity.CEO leverage significantly increased; execution improves measurably across the business. xohynlmWhat the Zest team thinks"This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity for someone with a private equity or high growth technology background to jump into a key role at one of the fastest growing technology organisations in Europe" (Calum, Zest Founder)
