Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm where we utilise our deep crypto network, our understanding of the crypto markets, and our proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions across a number of fund strategies and DeFi projects. The Re7 team is dynamic, with strong backgrounds in investment management, data science, and crypto, and leverages this expertise across research, portfolio management, on‑chain vault curation and a range of on‑chain activities.Presente su candidatura después de leer los siguientes requisitos de habilidades y cualificaciones para este puesto.To support the firm’s continued growth, we are looking to hire a highly organised and proactive Chief of Staff. This role reports directly to the CEO and spans all areas of the business, playing a central role in ensuring smooth operations, cross‑team alignment, and effective execution of both operational and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate cross‑team tasks, priorities, and workflows to maintain momentum and alignment, following up with team members to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.Maintain strong internal visibility for the CEO across all workstreams – ownership, risks, and bottlenecks.Manage and execute firm‑wide projects, both operational and strategic, when needed.Keep stakeholders aligned and projects on track through structured workflows, dashboards, and clear documentation.Continuously identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across operational processes and workflows.Develop and implement scalable processes, procedures, and systems – including tools and automations to enable efficient, rapid growth across functions.Manage relationships with external providers – including fund administrators, custodians, vendors, and key partners, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and communication.Prepare updates, summaries, and follow‑ups for the CEO, support meeting agendas and communications, and reduce operational load through proactive coordination.Requirements7+ years experience in operations, business operations, project management, Chief of Staff, or other coordination‑heavy roles.Experience working in crypto, DeFi, blockchain, or other fast‑paced tech startups.Exposure to, investment management, or financial services.Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across teams.Experience implementing and improving processes and systems.Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and proactive.Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive momentum.Proven track record supporting senior leadership and executive teams.Passionate about the space, and familiarity with the culture and dynamics of the industry.BenefitsWork directly with the CEO and senior leadership, collaborating with some of the smartest minds in DeFi – low‑ego, mission‑aligned, and results‑driven.Be at the centre of one of the fastest‑growing industries, with the opportunity to shape the operational backbone.Full ownership, where your contributions directly drive growth and efficiency, with plenty of room to grow. xsgfvud Remote‑first culture (ideally within three hours of CET), and a competitive salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
