We’ve built a SuperApp that empowers real estate agents and mortgage brokers, bringing cutting‑edge technology to one of the world’s most traditional industries. We’re transforming how property transactions happen — faster, smarter, and better for everyone. The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own We’re looking for a sharp, execution‑focused Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO to join our team. This is a hybrid role blending strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and a high degree of operational leadership — with a core focus on driving expansion across new markets. Work hand in hand with the CEO Office and Expansion team on the go‑to‑market launch of Huspy’s business in the European markets Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to remove blockers and accelerate execution Company‑Wide Projects Lead critical, cross‑functional company projects (e.g., process improvement, cost optimization, org design) Support leadership in ensuring alignment, execution, and delivery across the company. Fluent in Italian (must‑have) ~4+ years of experience in tier 1 consulting firms and/or startups at exponential growth stage (startup experience is a big plus) ~
