The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own We’re looking for a sharp, execution‑focused Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO to join our team. This is a hybrid role blending strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and a high degree of operational leadership — with a core focus on driving expansion across new markets. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and is excited about building from 0 to 1. Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city —expect frequent travel and hands‑on work in different locations. Expansion Ops Work hand in hand with the CEO Office and Expansion team on the go‑to‑market launch of Huspy’s business in the European markets Build scalable operations and processes for localized mortgage and real estate businesses Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to remove blockers and accelerate execution Design market playbooks, drive compliance readiness, and manage key vendor/partner relationships Company‑Wide Projects Act as a strategic right hand to the leadership team across internal and external priorities Lead critical, cross‑functional company projects (e.g., process improvement, cost optimization, org design) Support leadership in ensuring alignment, execution, and delivery across the company.
