Buscamos a una persona con perfil estratégico y orientado a resultadoResponsabilidades:Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial y de crecimiento de la compañía.Liderar el equipo de ventas y marketing, estableciendo objetivos, planes de acción y métricas de rendimiento.Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio B2B, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.Gestionar relaciones con clientes clave (empresas, bancos, startups y grandes corporaciones).Representar a la marca en reuniones y presentaciones comerciales de alto nivel.Colaborar con operaciones y producción para alinear la propuesta comercial con la ejecución del servicio.Participar en la definición de estrategias de pricing, promociones y fidelización.Elaborar informes de ventas, previsiones y análisis de rentabilidad por cliente o línea de negocio.Requisitos:Formación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, Comunicación o similar.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Dirección Comercial, Desarrollo de Negocio o Ventas B2B.Experiencia en sectores como eventos corporativos, gastronomía, Horeca o plataformas SaaS B2B.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.Orientación al detalle y sensibilidad por la estética y la calidad del servicio.Capacidad de adaptación y versatilidad para tratar con distintos perfiles de cliente.Perfil proactivo, con visión estratégica, liderazgo y mentalidad de crecimiento.Buen nivel de inglés.
