Actively cold calling, booking demos, and encouraging your team to do the same. Carry your own quota while supporting the team in building the pipeline and engaging with prospects. Prepare and execute the Go-to-Market strategy. Monitor key metrics and review team performance consistently to stay on track. Track, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
