- Operate effectively within a matrix structure, ensuring close alignment between SHA Spain and the Corporate People & Culture functional teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across all functions and levels of seniority, from operational teams to senior leadership.
- Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives, policies and programmes in line with SHA's standards, values and business priorities.
- Navigate multiple priorities simultaneously, identifying what requires immediate attention while maintaining quality, consistency and follow‐through.
- Contribute to SHA's continued growth by supporting a high‐performing, engaged and guest‐focused culture.
- Travel to other SHA properties when required.
Requirements
- Solid People & Culture or Human Resources management experience within hotels, hospitality or another highly operational service environment.
- Strong experience in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness, lifestyle or premium guest‐experience businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading and developing diverse HR or People & Culture teams.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, working directly with General Managers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand how people decisions influence operational performance, guest experience and business results.
- Experience managing complex employee relations and sensitive people matters in a pragmatic, fair and solution‐oriented way.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment with competing priorities and high standards of execution.
- Experience working in international, multicultural and growing organisations.
