Groups Travel Operations Executive€31,000 + Great BenefitsPalma SpainOur client is leading destination management travel company dealing with inbound travel within the UK.Working with international travel agent partners, they specialise in group tours, cruises and day excursions for their clients.They are now seeking an experienced Groups Travel Operations Executive who has previous knowledge of the inbound sector working with groups coming into the UK.This role is based in Palma, Spain.Groups Travel Operations Executive Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth running of tours, from initial inquiry through to last travel day supporting the Group Tours Manager.Monitoring the pre booking and post booking processWorking closely with Group Tours Manager supporting with ad hoc requestsMaintaining good working relationships with suppliers and clientsGroups Travel Operations Executive Experience Required:Previous experience working within groups with good knowledge of the UK in terms of day trips, attractions etcA good geographical knowledge of the UKSolid understanding of the UK inbound travel and tourism industryAbility to multitaskMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to develop relationships with travel agent partnersGroups Travel Operations Executive Salary and Benefits:Base Salary 31,00022 days annual leavePensionBased in PalmaTo apply for Groups Travel Operations Executive role, please email your CV and a member of the team will be contact to discuss the role and company in more detail
