As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our business operations, and supporting our continuous growth and expansion.Why Join Us?● Real Impact: See the tangible results of your work.● Professional Growth: Your journey with us directly impacts our company's success.● No Strict Rules: We value creativity and innovation.● Global Market: Contribute to reshaping the travel industryBytetravel is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (BME Scaleup)Responsibilities:Identify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successRelevant Experience:At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship Proven experience selling travel-related services, software or tech to tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, cruise companies...etc..Worked at or with companies such as tour operatators, DMC, NDC, bed banksUnderstands the dynamics of the B2B2C travel value chain (inventory, commission models, ancillary revenue)Target Client Background:Mid- to large-size tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and traditional travel trade partnersFamiliarity with outbound travel from Europe, LATAM, MENA or Asia marketsKey Skills:Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teamsExperience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plusSkilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenueLocation & Language:Based in BarcelonaFluent in English; Spanish, French, or German are strong assets depending on regionWhat We Offer:Flexible working hours Remote work 1 day per weekREAL Stock options, we are a listed in the BME Scaleup Stock marketPrivate Health insurancePermanent contract Attractive commissions & bonus incentives.Team building activities
