You will manage the full product lifecycle: from design and architecture to development, deployment, and maintenance. Additionally, you'll take the reins on financial planning and tracking key metrics (OKRs, KPIs, DORA, etc.) to ensure each product not only meets the highest standards but also exceeds business expectations and customer needs.What you'll do day-to-day:Product Ownership: You'll be in charge of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to execution, always ensuring that initiatives align with strategic business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with UX, architecture, and engineering teams to design innovative solutions, streamline development, and ensure flawless execution.Financial Management: You'll oversee the product's finances, including planning, purchase orders, and budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective delivery that aligns with business goals.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: You'll master and track product metrics (OKRs, KPIs, DORA metrics, capex and opex), using real-time data to optimize performance and make strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement.Team Leadership: You'll optimize collaboration within product teams, ensuring maximum performance and the effective implementation of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Stakeholder Management: You'll be a key communicator, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the process.Digital Transformation Strategy: You'll play an essential role in defining and executing digital transformation initiatives that will drive Iberia Tech into the future.What we're looking for:7+ years of product management experience and proven experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and Single ID/MDM projects.Strong IT leadership with a proven track record of delivering business value through agile teams in global and complex environments.Extensive experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), ensuring fast and high-quality deliveries.Experience in financial planning, product lifecycle management, and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and FinOps.Metrics-driven: Expertise in OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making tools to track product performance.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders.Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level).What would be a plus:Salesforce certifications in service and marketing.SAFE v5 certification.Experience with AWS, A/B testing to validate MVPs and prototypes.Knowledge of customer identity processes.International and multicultural experience.What We Offer at Iberia Tech:At Iberia Tech, we provide a dynamic and innovative work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
