What will you do in this exciting role?

As a
Tech Product Owner Lead
, you'll be the
strategic leader
behind the delivery of cutting-edge tech solutions. You will manage the full product lifecycle: from design and architecture to development, deployment, and maintenance. Additionally, you'll take the reins on
financial planning
and
tracking key metrics
(OKRs, KPIs, DORA, etc.) to ensure each product not only meets the highest standards but also
exceeds business expectations
and customer needs.

What you'll do day-to-day:

• Product Ownership:
  You'll be in charge of the entire product lifecycle, from
  concept
  to
  execution
  , always ensuring that initiatives align with strategic business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  You'll work closely with
  UX
  ,
  architecture
  , and
  engineering
  teams to design innovative solutions,
  streamline development
  , and ensure flawless execution.
• Financial Management:
  You'll oversee the
  product's finances
  , including planning, purchase orders, and budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective delivery that aligns with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  You'll master and track product metrics (
  OKRs, KPIs
  ,
  DORA metrics
  ,
  capex and opex
  ), using real-time data to
  optimize performance
  and make strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership:
  You'll optimize collaboration within product teams, ensuring
  maximum performance
  and the effective implementation of agile methodologies like
  Scrum
  and
  Kanban
  .
• Stakeholder Management:
  You'll be a
  key communicator
  , maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the process.
• Digital Transformation Strategy:
  You'll play an essential role in defining and executing
  digital transformation
  initiatives that will drive Iberia Tech into the future.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of product management experience
  and proven experience with
  CRM platforms
  , especially
  Salesforce
  (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and
  Single ID/MDM
  projects.
• Strong IT leadership
  with a proven track record of delivering business value through agile teams in global and complex environments.
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies (
  Scrum
  ,
  Kanban
  ,
  SAFe
  ), ensuring fast and high-quality deliveries.
• Experience in
  financial planning
  ,
  product lifecycle management
  , and a solid understanding of
  cloud infrastructure
  and
  FinOps
  .
• Metrics-driven
  : Expertise in
  OKRs
  ,
  KPIs
  , and data-driven decision-making tools to track product performance.
• Excellent communication skills
  , with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level).

• Experience with
