You will manage the full product lifecycle: from design and architecture to development, deployment, and maintenance. Additionally, you'll take the reins on financial planning and tracking key metrics (OKRs, KPIs, DORA, etc.) to ensure each product not only meets the highest standards but also exceeds business expectations and customer needs.What you'll do day-to-day:Product Ownership: You'll be in charge of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to execution, always ensuring that initiatives align with strategic business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with UX, architecture, and engineering teams to design innovative solutions, streamline development, and ensure flawless execution.Financial Management: You'll oversee the product's finances, including planning, purchase orders, and budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective delivery that aligns with business goals.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: You'll master and track product metrics (OKRs, KPIs, DORA metrics, capex and opex), using real-time data to optimize performance and make strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement.Team Leadership: You'll optimize collaboration within product teams, ensuring maximum performance and the effective implementation of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
