From research and development to sales and marketing to manufacturing, Trina Solar Trackers looks for people who thrive in exciting, challenging and dynamic work environments to become a part of our dedicated team of professionals and contribute daily to bringing clean, reliable and cost-effective solar energy solutions to customers around the globe.Join us and our mission to promote and develop solar energy as a source of clean, renewable energy for all.For our team in Spain, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager SpainResponsibilities:Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Spain and European Countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accountsContribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European CountriesProactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.Identify and develop key accounts in the Spain and European Countries markets. Negotiation and follow up of contractsManage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company's related internal departmentsCommunication with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projectsCoordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solution, and to advise customers of delivery statusMaintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunitiesAnalyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trendsEnsure effective reporting of all activities under of the managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basisRepresent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferencesStay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirementsRolling ForecastRequirements:Minimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in an international in the PV sector.Bachelor's/master's in civil, Industrial Engineering, Business AdministrationStrong bias for customer satisfactionStrong interpersonal skills, able to influence peersProactive self-starter and problem solverStrong negotiation and communication skillsInnovative Dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market.Self-motivated and able to effectively manage His/her time.quick thinker, proactive,Passionate in their approach to the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of the level of the clients he is addressing. xsgfvud Flexible to travel.LanguagesNatives languages skills in English, other languages a benefit
