Based in Barcelona, we are an international, fast-growing team passionate about creativity, education, and product excellence.As we continue to innovate and expand our product range, we're looking to collaborate with an experienced Freelance Nail Expert to support product testing, education, and content production.About the RoleAs a Freelance Nail Expert & Content Creator, you will work closely with our Product, Education, and Marketing teams. Your expertise will help shape product development, elevate our educational content, and ensure our products meet high professional standards — while remaining accessible to our global community.This is a project-based freelance collaboration, combining technical nail expertise, and content creation.What You Will DoProduct Testing & Professional FeedbackTest and evaluate existing and new Le Mini Macaron products (including mini kits, builder gels, and future innovations)Provide structured, detailed product feedback, covering:Texture, application, curing, leveling, pigmentation, and consistencyWear performance (durability, lifting, chipping, shine, removal)Comparison to professional salon standardsImprovement suggestions and innovation opportunitiesParticipate in organized product testing and reporting insights for New Product Development Education & Technical SupportSupport product education for internal teams and customers by creating:Technical notes and usage guidelinesApplication best practicesProfessional recommendations for different skill levelsIdentify gaps and opportunities for innovation within the nail categoryContent CreationCreate educational and engaging content:Tutorials, demonstrations, tips, and best practicesTrend-based and educational nail contentPerform manicures for:PhotoshootsVideo contentInternal content productionParticipate in filming video contentHost or participate in live sessions, Q&A, or educational videos when requiredCollaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams on concepts, scripts, and content ideasWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of professional experience as a Nail StylistStrong technical knowledge of gel systems, builder gels, and nail techniquesHighly communicative, professional, and detail-orientedExperience or strong interest in:Content creationEducation and product explanationExcellent English (additional languages are a plus)Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty and nail industryAt Le Mini Macaron, you'll be part of an ambitious, creative, and fast-growing beauty brand where ideas come to life, alongside a multicultural team that values innovation, curiosity, and collaboration.If you're ready to grow your career and make your mark in the beauty world — we can't wait to meet you
