As we continue to innovate and expand our product range, we're looking to collaborate with an experienced Freelance Nail Expert to support product testing, education, and content production. About the Role As a Freelance Nail Expert & Content Creator, you will work closely with our Product, Education, and Marketing teams. Your expertise will help shape product development, elevate our educational content, and ensure our products meet high professional standards — while remaining accessible to our global community. This is a project-based freelance collaboration, combining technical nail expertise, and content creation. What You Will Do Product Testing & Professional Feedback Test and evaluate existing and new Le Mini Macaron products (including mini kits, builder gels, and future innovations) Provide structured, detailed product feedback, covering: Texture, application, curing, leveling, pigmentation, and consistency Wear performance (durability, lifting, chipping, shine, removal) Comparison to professional salon standards Improvement suggestions and innovation opportunities Participate in organized product testing and reporting insights for New Product Development Education & Technical Support Support product education for internal teams and customers by creating: Technical notes and usage guidelines Application best practices Professional recommendations for different skill levels Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation within the nail category Content Creation Create educational and engaging content: Tutorials, demonstrations, tips, and best practices Trend-based and educational nail content Perform manicures for: Photoshoots Video content Internal content production Participate in filming video content Host or participate in live sessions, Q&A, or educational videos when required Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams on concepts, scripts, and content ideas What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Nail Stylist Strong technical knowledge of gel systems, builder gels, and nail techniques Highly communicative, professional, and detail-oriented Experience or strong interest in: Content creation Education and product explanation Excellent English (additional languages are a plus) Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty and nail industry At Le Mini Macaron, you'll be part of an ambitious, creative, and fast-growing beauty brand where ideas come to life, alongside a multicultural team that values innovation, curiosity, and collaboration.
