Accounting Supervisor

About the Role As our Accounting Supervisor , you will be the financial backbone of Wolfiek , a fast-scaling European airgun group with global ambitions. You will be responsible for Wolfiek's financial health, overseeing cash flow, compliance, contracts, and company policies, while helping to steer the company towards profitable growth. This is not a corporate controller seat. It's a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who can combine accounting, legal awareness, and operational structure — and who thrives in a hands-on, founder-driven environment. You'll be the reference for a Treasury Analyst and, Billing Analyst. You'll have the ability to grow this team over time and bring in external experts and advisors where needed. What You'll Own Finance FP&A (financial planning and analysis) Cashflow management Bookkeeping and accounting (Spain) Full Compliance of SI Full accounting transition from Holded (before 2026) to Odoo Admin Employment and freelance contracts Payroll coordination Monitor and enforce internal company policies Your Profile Required 3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in e-commerce or product-based businesses Familiarity with Spanish SLU structure and EU VAT models Proven ability to manage cash, P&L, margins, and FP&A cycles Proven experience working with Odoo ERP Experience working with legal advisors and coordinating compliance (EU & US ideal) Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Process-driven, structured, and comfortable making high-trust decisions Ability to work closely with a founder team, handle ambiguity, and build systems and teams Nice to Have Experience in regulated ecommerce (airguns, medical, finance, etc.) Knowledge of Shopify, Holded, or similar stack Experience with Spanish e-commerce compliance or regulatory standards Regulatory Compliance Airgun regulations (ES, DE, EU, UK, US) Terms & conditions, return policies Customs, import, and trade compliance E-commerce law and data protection What Makes This Role Unique Fair compensation: We believe in fair pay, and this role includes an attractive performance-based bonus structure Strategic seat at the table : you'll work directly with the CEO and CRO as we scale Wolfiek into a global, trusted brand Impact : your work will impact every customer, every product, and every euro we generate Ownership : no bureaucracy, no bloated org — you're building the finance engine Mission : help bring safety, craftsmanship, and credibility to a niche but growing industry About Wolfiek Wolfiek is the go-to authority for premium airguns and accessories in Europe.
