Investment Analyst – Funds of Funds Tresmares Capital is a Pan-European growth-focused alternative asset manager with offices in Madrid (Spain), London (UK) and Frankfurt (Germany), with over €3.5bn funds under management. Comprising a team of over c.80 professionals, the firm offers a wide range of debt and equity solutions to both high-growth SMEs and private equity managers. Tresmares Capital establishes close relationships with SMEs and managers, providing them with flexible, transparent, and tailor-made solutions throughout the life cycle of each company. At Tresmares Capital, we are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Funds of Funds investment team in Madrid. Our investment strategy combines primary fund investments, secondary market transactions and direct co-investments. As an Analyst you will actively participate in Tresmares' investment process. Your key responsibilities will include: Support in research and analysis on potential investment opportunities Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate investment and key risk factors Assist in the preparation of financial due diligence Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials Tracking and monitoring of portfolio investments Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and reporting Required qualifications: 12 -24 months of full-time experience in Funds of Funds, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, or a related field Degree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 European university Good understanding of corporate finance principles and investment concepts Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel and PowerPoint) Fluency in Spanish & English Application Details: Start date: Q1 2026 (full-time) Location: Madrid Competitive compensation
