Tresmares Capital establishes close relationships with SMEs and managers, providing them with flexible, transparent, and tailor-made solutions throughout the life cycle of each company.At Tresmares Capital, we are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Funds of Funds investment team in Madrid. Our investment strategy combines primary fund investments, secondary market transactions and direct co-investments.As an Analyst you will actively participate in Tresmares' investment process.Your key responsibilities will include:Support in research and analysis on potential investment opportunitiesCollaborate with senior team members to evaluate investment and key risk factorsAssist in the preparation of financial due diligenceAssist in the preparation of investment committee materialsTracking and monitoring of portfolio investmentsAssist in the preparation of marketing materials and reportingRequired qualifications:12 -24 months of full-time experience in Funds of Funds, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, or a related fieldDegree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 European universityGood understanding of corporate finance principles and investment conceptsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)Fluency in Spanish & EnglishApplication Details:Start date: Q1 2026 (full-time)Location: MadridCompetitive compensation
