Aumente sus posibilidades de conseguir una entrevista leyendo la siguiente descripción general de este puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.La persona seleccionada será clave en la definición e implementación de la estrategia médica internacional, apoyando el trabajo de los equipos de Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) en las filiales europeas (Austria, Alemania, Francia, Italia, Suiza, Benelux y Portugal). Se trata de una posición con gran impacto en la compañía y en el desarrollo de sus productos actuales y venideros. Principales responsabilidades Desarrollar y coordinar actividades de Medical Affairs asegurando plazos, calidad y cumplimiento normativo. Participar en el plan de publicaciones científicas y colaborar en protocolos de ensayos clínicos y estudios post-autorización. Contribuir en la formación técnica de la red de ventas, así como en simposios y reuniones científicas. Dar soporte a farmacovigilancia y velar por el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y normativa vigente. Establecer y mantener relaciones con líderes de opinión (KOLs) y grupos cooperativos, representando a la compañía en congresos nacionales e internacionales. Revisar y aprobar materiales promocionales en línea con la normativa local e internacional (incluyendo EFPIA). Coordinarse estrechamente con otros departamentos clave: I+D, marketing, acceso al mercado, comercial y farmacovigilancia. Requisitos Licenciatura en Medicina (imprescindible). Experiencia de al menos 3–5 años en funciones de Medical Affairs. Experiencia en estrategia internacional de Medical Affairs o participación en comités internacionales. Nivel de inglés muy alto (oral y escrito). Se valorará formación de posgrado en el área y experiencia previa en oncología/hematología en la industria farmacéutica.
