Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric powertrain systems for global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and micro-mobility manufacturers. Their mission is to make electric vehicles more powerful, efficient, and accessible, driving the next evolution in e-mobility.We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong engineering background and the ambition to expand business in Europe.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the electric vehicle segment.Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 clients.Collaborate with internal finance, operations, and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Deliver professional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.RequirementsEngineering degree5+ years of experience in business development from scratch (hunter) sales within the automotive industryExperience in selling complex multidisciplinary products (hardware+software)Strong commercial drive with a track record in achieving ambitious sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFluent in English and SpanishWillingness to travel frequentlyFamiliarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry – advantageFull-time role. No sponsorship at the moment.
