Sales Manager

Nidec Conversion is seeking a Sales Manager with strong commercial expertise in industrial or energy environments. You will play a key role in driving the Business Unit's Sales, defining the commercial strategy, designing and implement new market‐entry strategiesKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the Business Unit. Provide technical and commercial guidance to the sales team to enhance proposal quality and increase win rates. Follow up on all sales opportunities and maintain daily updates in Salesforce CRM.
Prepare and present reports for the Monthly Business Review. Collaborate closely with Global Sales Management. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, identifying opportunities and potential risks. Provide hands-on support for customer orders when needed.
Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams. Travel RequirementsWithin Spain: approximately 1 week per month. Headquarters: up to 2 weeks per year. QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, MBA, or a comparable academic background.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, ideally in energy or industrial settings. High-level English, both spoken and written. What We OfferPermanent employment contract. Equipment appropriate to the position.
