Ensure quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs.- Oversee all testing phases: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.- Drive automation adoption (Shift Left approach) and ensure alignment with client expectations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.- Lead global teams across multiple geographies and manage vendor coordination.- Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Solution Manager).Required Skills & Experience:- 20+ years in SAP testing, with hands-on experience in both ECC and S/4HANA transformation projects.- Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders.- Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.) and related SaaS services.- Proven experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing. xohynlm- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira).- Worked in setting up and leveraging TCoE services
