Role Overview:Lead end-to-end SAP testing initiatives for large-scale ERP programs, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations. Ensure quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs. - Oversee all testing phases: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing. - Drive automation adoption (Shift Left approach) and ensure alignment with client expectations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. - Lead global teams across multiple geographies and manage vendor coordination. - Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Solution Manager).Required Skills & Experience:- 20+ years in SAP testing, with hands-on experience in both ECC and S/4HANA transformation projects. - Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders. - Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.) and related SaaS services. - Proven experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing. - Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira). - Worked in setting up and leveraging TCoE services
