Join the Forvis Mazars adventure and become part of our team as Global Payroll Assistant (start date January 5th 2026).Your missionSupport payroll processing in our payroll system under supervision of global payroll specialistsAccurately enter data and process salary changes into payroll systemAssist in verifying payroll calculations and reports to ensure accuracyPrepare payment files and accounting documents following established proceduresSupport communication with clients, tax authorities, social insurance institutions, and pension fundsHandle basic HR administrative tasks for various clients under guidanceLearn and apply global payroll processes and best practicesParticipate in payroll process improvement initiative.Your profile~ Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR-Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related qualification~1-3 years of working experience in payroll, HR administration, or accounting with strong interest in payroll~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)~ Exposure to or willingness to learn international HR or payroll systems, experience with Swiss payroll nice to have~ Good English skills (minimum B2 level) and ideally French or German~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy~ Good organizational skills and ability to follow processes~ Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize daily tasks~ Willingness to learn and adapt to different client requirements~ Team player with positive attitudeWhat do we offerPermanent full-time contractHybrid working model (1 day of remote/week)International and young environmentComprehensive onboarding and training programIndividual mentoring by experienced payroll specialistsRegular coaching and feedbackClear development path toward global payroll specialist roleOpportunity to gain exposure to multi-country payroll operationsQuickly develop practical skills working with diverse clientsInclusion and DiversityAt Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.We believe in equal opportunities and we are committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the professional environment; for this reason, the incorporation of people with an accreditable disability equal to or greater than 33% will be positively valued.
