Our tech ecosystem includes:Guesty (core PMS)AI & Chat GPT-powered communication automationsBreezeway for housekeeping, maintenance & inventory coordinationReal-time digital dashboards & continuously evolving automation toolsIf you're passionate about hospitality AND technology, you'll love it here.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, highly dynamic Guest Experience & STR Operations Coordinator to help us elevate guest satisfaction and daily operations across our South Tenerife portfolio (currently ~40 properties).Perfect for someone who:Has hotel Rooms Division or related operational experienceLoves solving problems independentlyThrives in high-energy, tech-driven environmentsWants to grow with an international companyWhat You'll DoGuest ExperienceCommunicate with guests utilizing AIResolve operational issues quickly and professionallyMonitor reviews and drive continuous improvement Operations Coordination Manage cleaning schedules, property readiness, and checklists via Breezeway Conduct on-site quality inspectionsSupport onboarding of new properties Maintenance & RepairsLog, prioritize, and coordinate repair workWork closely with external technicians to ensure fast resolutions Inventory & SuppliesTrack and manage consumables, amenities, and linensCoordinate stock levels and replenishments Tech & Process Improvement Operate daily in Guesty, Breezeway, automation tools, and AI systems Help improve SOPs and digital workflows Manager on Duty (MOD) Participate in 1 weekend per month MOD standby Handle escalated operational issues (standby shifts included in compensation)What We're Looking ForExperience in Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination, or similarFluent Spanish & EnglishTech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, operational apps, automation & AI toolsStrong stress resistance and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesDriver's licenseFlexibility for dynamic working schedules and MOD shiftsRemuneration & BenefitsBenefits:Competitive salaryFlexible working timeModern digital-first work environmentDiscounts on company-managed accommodationsCareer development & training opportunitiesGrowth potential within an expanding international groupWork equipment providedSupportive multicultural and innovation-driven teamWhy Join Us?
