Account Manager – Ciberseguridad IT/OTÚnete a nuestra unidad de Ciberseguridad y ayúdanos a proteger entornos críticos en sectores estratégicosBuscamos un/a Account Manager especializado/a en servicios de Ciberseguridad IT/OT , con enfoque consultivo y orientación a negocio, para trabajar con clientes de alto valor en un modelo de teletrabajo híbrido .¿Qué harás en tu día a día?Detectar brechas de seguridad y convertir riesgos en oportunidades de servicios de consultoría, soporte o gestión.Desarrollar venta consultiva , enfocada en reducción de riesgo, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento normativo (no venta de producto).Generar y gestionar pipeline de servicios, manteniendo reuniones con CISOs, CIOs y responsables de TI/OT .Gestionar la relación con clientes, entendiendo sus retos (incidentes recientes, auditorías, falta de recursos o visibilidad).Trabajar de forma alineada con equipos técnicos y SOC para preparar propuestas y dimensionar servicios.Participar en eventos del sector y actividades comerciales externas.Mantener actualizado el CRM (oportunidades, actividades y forecast).¿Qué buscamos en ti?Al menos 3 años de experiencia en venta de servicios de ciberseguridad IT y/o OT.Grado universitario: Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones... También valoraremos perfiles FPII ASIR, Ciberseguridad, Robótica...Capacidad de interlocución con perfiles C-level y responsables de seguridad y tecnología .Conocimiento del portfolio de servicios de ciberseguridad:SOC 24/7, gestión de vulnerabilidades, respuesta a incidentes, IAM, firewalls, auditorías, cumplimiento (ISO 27001, ENS, NIS2), pentesting y servicios OT.Perfil autónomo, con habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados.Inglés avanzado , capaz de mantener reuniones y elaborar propuestas básicas con partners internacionales.¿Por qué unirte a nosotros?Contrato indefinido.Jornada intensiva (L–J 8:30–18:00 | viernes y verano 8:00–15:00).Teletrabajo híbrido (60% remoto).Ubicación: Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid).Proyectos estratégicos en sectores punteros.Entorno técnico, multidisciplinar y con foco en crecimiento profesional.
